The Role

As a Waitperson, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for our guests. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will provide attentive service, assist guests throughout their dining experience, and ensure Epicurean's high standards of presentation and hospitality are consistently maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver friendly, qualified, and efficient food and beverage service
- Welcome and engage with guests to create memorable experiences
- Clear, reset, and maintain tables and dining areas
- Assist with buffet presentation and ensure service areas remain clean and stocked
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards
- Contribute to a positive team culture and guest-focused workplace

About You





- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Previous hospitality, food and beverage, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Well-presented, reliable, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
