Southport Sharks on the Gold Coast is seeking experienced Lead Bartenders to work across our venues, including the vibrant Kaktus Mexican restaurant and our relaxed Lounge Bar. This is a hands on role for someone who knows how to run a smooth service, create quality cocktails and bring energy to the team.
You’ll bring solid bar experience, confidence preparing cocktails, great customer service, and the ability to lead and support the team during busy services.
