HammondCare is seeking caring in-home carers to support older adults in their own homes across the North Shore region. You will travel to client homes using your own car, providing personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation and medication assistance.
Applicants should have a valid driving licence, access to an insured car, and ideally a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support. Training is provided, and flexible schedule are available to match client needs.
