Westhaven Ltd is seeking a dedicated Caseworker to support children and young people with significant disabilities, helping them live life the way they choose. You will coordinate casework within a Therapeutic Care Team, develop and review plans, and monitor wellbeing with solid data recording practices.
Applicants should have relevant degree plus drivers licence and be able to obtain WWCC and NDIS checks. The role supports inclusive services across regional NSW with a commitment to diversity.
