Job Description

St John of God Geelong Hospital seeks a Nurse Practitioner to join our Medical, Surgical and Inpatient Units on a permanent part-time or casual basis. You will perform advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and management of diverse cases, collaborating with medical staff and a multidisciplinary team to deliver protected, patient-centred care.

You will provide leadership, ensure discharge planning, maintain documentation, and contribute to quality improvement while upholding infection
