Role Overview

n

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes.

n

In this role, you'll support and enhance our ERP system (Pronto Xi) and related applications, helping our teams stay connected, productive, and supported.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Providing application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other business systems.
n
- Investigating and resolving user requests through Jitbit, Jira and Confluence.
n
- Supporting testing, deployments and system improvements alongside our Development team.
n
- Monitoring system integrations and helping resolve issues.
n
- Creating user guides, documentation and training materials.
n
- Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Requirements

n

n
- Experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
n
- Exposure to ERP systems, with Pronto Xi highly regarded.
n
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n
- Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
n
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
n
- A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.
