We're looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in exceptional standards, enjoys leading people and isn't afraid to be hands‐on.

n

You'll play a key role in the daily operation of the hotel, leading our Housekeeping team to ensure every room and guest space is presented beautifully and ready to impress.

n

The Role

n

n
- Lead and coordinate the Housekeeping team each day
n
- Allocate rooms, manage workflow and adjust staffing to hotel occupancy
n
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional standards
n
- Coach and support Room Attendants to improve quality and productivity
n
- Ensure VIP, wedding, conference and group rooms are arrival‐ready
n
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly
n
- Manage linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
n
- Support rostering and effective labour management
n
- Maintain strong WHS and safe working practices
n
- Be visible and hands‐on, stepping in to support the team when required
n

About You

n

n
- Have previous experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning team
n
- Have an exceptional eye for detail and take genuine pride in presentation
n
- Know how to lead, motivate and get the best from a team
n
- Can balance quality,



productivity and labour efficiency
n
- Stay calm and organised in a busy hotel environment
n
- Are comfortable in a physically active, hands‐on role
n
- Care about the guest experience and understand the impact Housekeeping has on it
n
- Can work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
