Help keep our Central Office running smoothly
n
As our Administration Assistant, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across C&K; Central Office. You'll be a welcoming first point of contact, coordinate essential office operations and support staff, Executive Assistants and the Executive Management Group with responsive, organised services.
n
This diverse role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in the details and can confidently balance day-to-day priorities in a busy office environment.

In this permanent full-time role, you will be:
n
n
- Managing multiple shared inboxes, responding to enquiries, prioritising requests and escalating when needed.
n
- Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, office supplies, consumables and regular stock orders.
n
- Supporting meetings and events through room setup and reset in line with booking requirements.
n
- Assisting with staff travel bookings, amendments and cancellations through Corporate Traveller.
n
- Providing general administration support across C&K;, including support for Executive Assistants and the Executive Management Group.
n
- Supporting compliance administration, maintaining accurate records and trackers, and drafting internal emails, notices and signage.
n

What you'll bring
n
We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software applications.
n
- The ability to prioritise tasks, work autonomously and efficiently whilst maintaining high standards.
n
- A valid Blue Card or Blue Card Exemption Card.
n
- A current National Police Check
n
- Completed the National Child Safety Training - Foundation Certificate
n
n
