Job Roles & Responsibilities

-

- Analyzing, designing, and implementing IT processes
- Ensuring alignment between Client s global, regional, and local IT processes
- Identifying and implementing improvements to IT processes
- Collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to align IT processes
- Comprehensive documentation of processes and maintaining up-to-date procedure manuals
- Ensuring compliance with Client and regulatory guidelines, rules and standards, and internal governance policies
- Supporting audits and risk assessments by providing process documentation and evidence of controls
- Monitoring, measuring, and reporting on process performance and effectiveness

Job Skills & Requirements

- Degree: Bachelor s in IT/Computer Science or related
- Experience: 5+ years in IT process engineering
- Improvement Methodologies: Lean/Six Sigma (DMAIC)
- Automation/Scripting: UiPath, PowerShell, Python
- Cloud Platforms: Azure and/or AWS
- Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis & problem solving

Preferred

-

- Financial services domain
- Agile & Waterfall methodologies
- BPMN/UML process modelling
- Certifications: ITIL, Lean/Six Sigma belts, PMP
- Experience in global teams & financial regulatory environments
