About the role

As part of the Branch Staff team at Actrol in Castle Hill, you will help engineers, project managers and other tradespeople access the products they need to undertake major projects, as well as undertaking other tasks that keep customers happy and the branch running smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of our high-performing talent hubs, designed to fast-track development and build your skills to confidently step into a future leadership position! Working closely with experienced Branch Leaders, you'll gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of the business while developing the skills, knowledge and confidence to take on greater responsibilities. Your day-to-day

A typical day involves:

- Providing customer service and information about products
- Providing quotes both in person and over the phone
- Undertaking pick packing and stock control activities
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and welcoming branch environment
- Make deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
- Continue upskilling with tailored on the job training initiatives
- Learning the operational and commercial skills that form the foundation of future leadership roles
