We are seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Cleaner to join our team at our holiday apartment accommodation in Esperance. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, has outstanding attention to detail and enjoys creating a clean, welcoming workplace for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitise holiday apartments between guest stays
- Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
- Dust and clean furniture, fixtures and surfaces
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, toilets and kitchen areas
- Clean windows, mirrors and glass surfaces
- Change bed linen and towels
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Replenish guest supplies, including toiletries, toilet paper and other amenities
- Ensure apartments are presented to a high standard for arriving guests
- Report any maintenance issues, damage or missing items
- Follow cleaning procedures and workplace health and safety requirements
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning as required
The successful applicant will:
- Have previous cleaning experience, preferably in accommodation or hospitality
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Have a positive and professional attitude
- Take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards
- Be physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
- Have good communication skills
- Be flexible and available to work weekends and public holidays when required
Experience in holiday accommodation or housekeeping is highly regarded, but training can be provided for the right applicant. If you are reliable, hardworking and take pride in delivering a high standard of cleanliness, we would love to hear from you.
