We have an exciting chance for a Traineeship with our client who is providing business solutions across all aspects of Print, Information Technology and Communications. This position is a 2 Year Traineeship that will see you enrolled in a Certificate 4 in Information Technology.
Based in West Ryde, our Ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine curiosity about how things work. Someone who can safely pull apart a mechanical item and then correctly put it back together.

What will you be doing?
- Providing service and support to the customer base
- Conducting IT repairs and maintenance
- Completing equipment run-up and installation
- Applying fault-finding techniques to diagnose issues
- Troubleshooting
- Liaising with companies in relation to their IT equipment
Does this sound like you?
You may already have some experience in IT through a relevant pre-apprenticeship, work experience or have a genuine interest in IT. The successful candidate needs to have good attention and an eye for detail.
What do you need?
- Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to be eligible for the Traineeship
- Hold an Australian Drivers license and own transport
