DuPont Memcor in New South Wales leads a 24/7 manufacturing facility. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee safe, productive production during your 12-hour rotating roster, guiding a team of operators and technicians and coordinating with maintenance, quality and engineering colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining safety, delivering production plans, supporting investigations and continuous improvement, and developing people while upholding compliance across the site.
