DevelopmentWA is seeking a Senior Sales Contracts Officer in Perth to lead contract administration across sale contracts, variations and Real Estate Agency Agreements. You will coach a small team, drive governance, and oversee critical pricing and sales data within our land projects.

You will develop reporting to flag risks and ensure compliance, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to strengthen processes and controls in a agile land development portfolio.
