Trilogy Advertising and Marketing is expanding its footprint, and we are looking for a energetic, highly motivated Senior Account Manager to lead the marketing for our portfolio of projects in Queensland , supported by an established and experienced team with a head office in Perth.

As an integral part of our agency team, this role calls for an integrated specialist who can seamlessly establish trust, structure, and credibility with senior developer clients. Immersed deeply in the property sector, you will direct and support projects with a heavy focus on land subdivisions and built-form residential communities across Queensland. Leading projects from the spark of initial brand creation through to multi-channel masterplanned roll-outs encompassing photo and video shoots, print, signage, programmatic digital, social campaigns, and content pipelines, you will map workflows against market conditions, budgets, and project needs.

You will be supported by agency specialists in head office spanning strategy, digital, creative and copywriting, along with partners and suppliers that bring projects to life. Previous property / developer understanding or agency experience would put you in good stead to clearly articulate sector-specific communications, design briefs, campaign performance data and present strategy and creative concepts confidently. A passion for marketing, customer journeys and connecting with audiences is a must! In this role, you represent the agency to the Queensland market, and the client’s vision back to our team at head office. It’s about championing effective and exciting work.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

You’re an account service professional / marketer who loves the momentum of property marketing and you genuinely care about community creation and people. You are a strong relationship builder and enjoy meeting new people and finding out how they tick and what success looks like for them. You can pivot quickly, manage creative processes smoothly from layout to final release approval, and anticipate client needs before they become roadblocks.

This role can be moulded to the candidate depending on your interests and experience.



We supply training and support across required growth areas. We are here to work with you on shared goals for the client and our agency.

Ideally, you bring an established, integrated agency background with direct exposure to property development, placemaking or destination marketing. It will be to your advantage if you have an understanding of the residential customer journey, land release phases, titles, and building partner dynamics. 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience is highly desired.

To succeed in this role, you will:

- Be an active listener, highly organised, and efficient.
- Lead your clients strategically, acting as a trusted consultant rather than just reacting to briefs.
- Have a working knowledge of visual assets, production coordination, and print/digital deliverables.
- Be proficient with modern project management tools and demonstrate strong financial management skills (quoting, tracking, and campaign reconciliation).
- Possess the resilience, confidence, and tenacity required to navigate shifting property market conditions.
- Actively contribute to a high-performance, supportive agency culture across state lines.
- Be passionate about marketing, property and community building.
- Understand the QLD and Brisbane market conditions, regions and locations.
- Be willing to potentially travel between WA, QLD and VIC for cross-state or national projects.
