As a Software Engineer, you will design, develop and test applications that support our core platform and digital capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions and contribute to continuous improvement across our technology landscape.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
- Analyse and resolve technical and application issues
- Contribute to system design and development planning
- Deliver work to agreed timelines and quality standards
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and team collaboration activities
- Support secure and reliable software development practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement and technology initiatives

What You Bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Software Engineer
- Strong experience with Microsoft .NET (C#) and web technologies (ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, JavaScript)
- Experience with relational databases, particularly SQL Server
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools (e.g. Git)
- Experience with automated testing and Agile delivery environments
