The role focuses on eliciting, analysing and translating business needs into actionable outcomes while collaborating with SMEs, executives and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will design interfaces with User-Centred Design and ensure accessibility, develop as-is and to-be process maps, and define integration specifications.
