Job Description

National Australia Bank in Melbourne, VIC seeks an Associate Engineer (Operations Support) to join its Data Platform Operations. You'll govern incidents, coordinate change processes, and run the Data Platforms Change forum to move work with speed while keeping customers central to every decision.

You'll review changes, produce metrics, and support incident resolution across multiple teams, including service delivery, data engineers, and L3 support, ensuring audits and documentation.
