As State Manager, Queensland, you will lead Precise Fire’s Queensland business unit, with responsibility for operations, customer outcomes, compliance, growth and financial performance.
- Lead regional operations, business planning, budgets, P&L; and forecasts.
- Grow service contracts, customer retention, repairs and minor works.
- Ensure safe, compliant and efficient delivery of fire protection services.
- Build strong client relationships and manage senior escalations.
- Recruit, develop and lead technicians and support staff while monitoring key KPIs.

What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience
- Leadership experience in service-based or technical operations.
- Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and Australian Standards.
- Experience managing budgets, forecasts, P&L; and service contracts.
- Ability to lead field teams, technicians, supervisors and support staff.
- Current Queensland Driver’s Licence.
- Relevant trade qualifications and/or Certificate II/III in Asset Maintenance – Fire Protection Equipment.

- Electrical Licence, Registered QBCC qualification or relevant tertiary qualification.
- Experience in fire protection, HVAC or facilities management.
- Experience using Uptick for job setup, costing, billing and reporting.

Other Requirements
- National Police Check may be required.
