Grade 2 Clinical Pharmacist

Full Time ongoing in office Position(40 hours/week with RDO every 4 weeks or 76 hours/fortnight working a 9-day roster including every second Saturday with Mondays not rostered) and tax effective salary packaging, East Melbourne location, short walk to the CBD. We have aunique opportunity to join our pharmacy team asa Clinical Pharmacist. This role offers the chance to develop specialist clinical, organisational, digital and interpersonal skills in a newly redeveloped state-of-the-art specialist hospital. We are looking for someone who has:

- Registration with AHPRA as a practising pharmacist with no restrictions
n
- Experience working as a Clinical Pharmacist in an Australianhospital setting for a minimumof 2 years
n
- Prior experience using electronic medication record software, preferably Cerner® and experience with Merlin®
n
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
