Barwon Water is seeking a Senior Change Analyst/Change Manager to lead and support the WAM transformation in Geelong. The role is hands-on, focusing on preparing teams to adopt recent systems, processes and ways of working.
Based in Geelong with three days on site, the initial contract runs through to the end of June 2027. You will build relationships, challenge assumptions, and proactively manage change risks to prevent business problems.
