Senior Business Analyst - (Digital & Commercial Projects)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a leading Australian organisation on a 12-month contract, delivering a range of digital, commercial and customer-focused initiatives .

We're looking for a senior BA who can do more than simply gather requirements. You'll be someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative and proactively drives outcomes , while working closely with business, digital, technology and external partners.

The Role

You’ll work across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of analysis from discovery and requirements gathering through to delivery and testing.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead requirements gathering, analysis and documentation.
- Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop user stories, business requirements and process maps.
- Analyse current and future-state processes and identify improvements.




- Work across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments .
- Partner with digital, technology, business teams and external vendors.
- Support testing and implementation activities.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks and dependencies and help drive solutions forward.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

- Experience delivering digital, commercial or customer-facing projects .
- Excellent requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong process mapping and documentation capability.
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, self-directed approach and willingness to take ownership.
- The ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- A collaborative, team-focused mindset.
- Airline, aviation or travel industry experience is highly desirable.
