Shape capability-led enterprise architecture within a complex Australian Government setting, linking strategic goals, business value and technology investment while building a pragmatic business architecture practice.

Essential Tasks
- Develop and maintain practical business capability maps to identify gaps and prioritise investment.
- Connect business strategy with technical design and clearly link technology investment to business outcomes.
- Establish lightweight architecture guardrails and assurance processes to reduce risk and technical debt.
- Build business architecture maturity through practical tools, practices and tangible outcomes.
Key Criteria
- 5+ years' Enterprise/Business Architecture experience, including enterprise architecture deliverables in large environments.
- Strong communication and requirements analysis skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- SFIA capability across Enterprise and Business Architecture, Requirements Management, Strategic Planning and Business Process Improvement.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Engineering; TOGAF or similar certification is desirable.
