Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Health
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager – Community Health to lead a multidisciplinary team within the Pilbara Population Health Unit. This is a dynamic leadership opportunity where you will drive the delivery of high-quality, client-centred care while empowering individuals, families, and communities to take ownership of their health and wellbeing.
In this pivotal role, you will provide strong clinical and operational leadership across community health programs, guiding and developing a high-performing team while ensuring best practice, evidence-based care. You will oversee service delivery, manage resources, and contribute to strategic planning, all while fostering a collaborative and culturally responsive environment.
You will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful health promotion and primary health initiatives, monitoring outcomes, and continuously improving services to achieve meaningful community health outcomes. With a focus on safety, quality, and innovation, you will apply advanced clinical expertise and sound judgement in complex situations, ensuring services meet the highest skilled and legislative standards.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate strong clinical and leadership capability alongside a passion for community health.
- Registered (or eligible for registration) with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Proven experience in child and community health nursing
- Strong understanding of Primary Health Care principles and community development
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced problem-solving,
decision-making, and analytical abilities
- Experience working in cross-cultural environments, particularly with Aboriginal communities
- Current immunisation certificate and demonstrated experience delivering immunisation services
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation including equal opportunity, disability services, and workplace health & safety
- Qualifications in health leadership or management
- Postgraduate qualifications in community health, maternal and child health, midwifery, or immunization
