The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a Team Leader for the Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team at the Royal Park campus. You will provide operational and clinical leadership to an interdisciplinary group of assessors, supporting triage, assessment, care planning, delegation, training and quality activities.

You will lead portfolios across intake, assessment delivery, support plan reviews and training, while offering clinical guidance for complex assessments.
