The Opportunity

Reporting to the Creative Director and Founder, you will lead TMC’s organic social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Facebook, guiding a small social media team while staying actively involved in the content, storytelling and creative execution.

- Develop and lead a commercially informed social media strategy that elevates TMC’s brand presence
- Lead, coach and support a small social media team
- Create, direct and review social-first content across key channels
- Regularly appear on camera as a visible contributor to TMC content
- Use analytics, audience insights and trends to improve performance
- Collaborate with marketing, brand and creative stakeholders on campaigns and launches
- Drive audience growth, reach, engagement and customer consideration

What We’re Looking For





This role will suit someone who brings strong capability across four key areas: social media strategy, leadership, content creation and confident on-camera communication.

- At least five years of professional experience in social media, content marketing or a similar role
- Proven experience developing and executing organic social media strategies
- Strong Instagram and TikTok expertise
- Confidence creating and presenting regular on-camera content
- Experience leading, coaching and mentoring team members
- Strong creative judgement supported by commercial thinking
- Experience using analytics to guide content decisions
- Strong scripting, storytelling and copywriting skills
- A portfolio showing content you have personally created, led or elevated, with clear examples of strategy, brand judgement and measurable results
- A qualification in marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Experience within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, jewellery or e-commerce will be highly regarded but is not essential.
