Busy Bees seeks an experienced Transition and Performance Partner to drive the integration of services into the Busy Bees network across ACT and NSW. You will partner with leaders to strengthen readiness, safeguard children, and ensure smooth transitions during a fixed-term 4-month contract with regular travel.
The role reports to the State Manager and requires robust QMS governance, risk oversight and improvement mindset across multiple sites.
