Job Title: Membership Consultant – (B2B & Corporate Partnership)

The Role

Are you a sharp dressed business induvial, if so we are looking for a mid-level sales professional who loves hunting new business, conducting high-touch tours, and closing corporate deals.

We are seeking an ambitious, highly polished Membership Consultant to drive member acquisition across our premium Melbourne CBD and Sydney CBD precincts. In this role, you will represent Work Club Global—a unique ecosystem that seamlessly blends corporate workspaces, private suites, exclusive business networks, and high-end hospitality.

You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, turning inbound inquiries and proactive B2B prospecting into high-value corporate members- Closing bespoke memberships ranging from single executive passes to dedicated corporate team suites.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Revenue: Own the end-to-end sales cycle to hit monthly membership and client acquisition targets.
- B2B Prospecting: Generate current business through targeted outreach, networking, and strategic corporate partnerships.
- C-Suite & Founder Engagement: Build trusted, consultative relationships with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers.
- Pipeline & Tour Management: Conduct tailored precinct tours, handle negotiations, execute membership agreements, and maintain CRM accuracy.




- Ecosystem Advocacy: Represent the Work Club brand at internal networking events to continuously grow your pipeline.
- Nurture key commercial real estate broker networks and channel partners to drive high- volume corporate referrals

About You

- We are looking for a polished, consultative closer with 2–4 years of experience in high-touch sales environments. You likely have a background in Luxury Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Recruitment, Premium Fitness/Private Clubs, Luxury Retail, or Tech/SaaS.
- Most importantly, you know how to build trust quickly, articulate the value of an elevated workplace experience, and comfortably pitch to senior stakeholders.
