- Partner with leaders across Australia & New Zealand to provide hands‑on HR support by implementing people strategies aligned to business goals
- Coach managers to build confident, capable teams and navigate people matters
- Provide practical advice on employee relations, HR processes, policies, and legislation
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from contracts to performance and development
- Drive performance outcomes through coaching, reviews, and succession planning
- Identify growth opportunities and support learning and development initiatives
- Lead and support change management activities across the business
- Prepare HR reports and documentation, and contribute to key HR projects
- Collaborate with the broader HR team to deliver a seamless employee experience
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role
- Formal HR qualifications
- Strong understanding of AU & NZ employment legislation (Up-to-date Awards essential)
- Experience in retail, FMCG or similar fast‑paced environments (highly regarded)
- Ability to build relationships, influence and partner with stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with strategic thinking and attention to detail
- Experience across core HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance, and development
