Wellways Australia is seeking a First Nations Recovery Worker to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Windsor/Richmond area. You will work within a multidisciplinary team in the Community Living Support program, delivering culturally secure, recovery-oriented psychosocial support.
You will help participants set goals, build independence, and reconnect with culture and community while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with families and services.
