Challenger Services Group seeks a Sanitation Supervisor to lead cleaning and hygiene operations in a large-scale food production facility in Mascot. You will ensure GMP compliance, audit readiness and uphold food safety standards while developing the sanitation team.

The role requires 3+ years in sanitation or hygiene, proven leadership, and solid knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Australian Food Safety Standards.
