Fortress Sydney Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to join our rapid-paced kitchen. You will support the management team, supervise staff, and help deliver high-quality, from-scratch meals for a major entertainment venue in Sydney.
The role requires 3+ years of kitchen experience, strong teamwork, and a flexible roster that may include weekends and nights. Full working rights in Australia are essential.
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 / year + superannuation.
Employment Type:Casual with Full time hours | Rotating 7-Day.
