Centrecare is seeking a Tenancy Support Officer to help clients access secure housing and navigate private rentals. You will advocate for clients, liaise with real estate agents and agencies, and provide short-term mentoring, referrals and skill development within Centrecare guidelines.
The role involves assessments, referrals to ongoing support, and collaboration with a broad network to achieve tenancy stability. Shared roster, six days a week, with weekend work may be required.
