Hunter Recent England Local Health District is seeking a Dietitian for the SNF Plus Pilot based at Wallsend Campus. This temporary part-time role (8 hours/week) supports families across Greater Newcastle, with home visits and telehealth, and weekly case reviews.

You will have a bachelor or postgraduate degree in nutrition and dietetics eligible for Dietitians Association of Australia, and work within a multidisciplinary team.
