What You'll Do
- Provide person-centred nursing care in clients' homes and community settings
- Conduct health assessments and monitor clients' health needs
- Support medication management and clinical care
- Work collaboratively with support workers, families and healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
- Promote independence, dignity and positive health outcomes
What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Community,
aged care or relevant clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
- Current relevant checks and compliance documents
- Own vehicle and Australian driver's licence preferred
