As part of the Building Services Team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders/Community.

Working on:

- Assessments of Report & Consent Applications
- Assessments of Over Easement Applications
- Assisting with compliance and enforcement work
- Assisting with the generation of Building Notices/Orders
- Customer Service in the form of phone, email and counter enquiries
- Occasionally attend site inspections with more senior members of the team

You will thrive in this role if you:

- Committed to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement
- Have an eagerness to learn more in the building industry and drive your professional development
- Have a can-do and respectful attitude with a strong team focus
- Have a relevant tertiary qualification in building surveying.
- Have building surveying experience, however this is preferred but not essential
- Have a current valid driver’s license
