We have partnered with an established design & construct business specialising in commercial fitout projects across workplace, retail, and hospitality sectors. With a team-oriented and hands-on team, they deliver end-to-end solutions from concept design through to construction and final handover, working closely with clients to achieve high-quality outcomes.

The Role

- Lead and attend client meetings, interpreting briefs into design solutions
- Prepare initial space planning and floorplans
- Develop look & feel concepts, including finishes, materials, and mood boards
- Produce and coordinate a full set of design documentation for construction
- Collaborate with internal project and delivery teams
- Manage multiple projects across commercial fitout sectors
- Contribute across all project phases from concept to completion

Skills & Experience

- 4–8+ years’ experience in interior design (commercial / workplace / fitout preferred)




- Proficiency in ArchiCAD or Revit (essential)
- Strong space planning and technical documentation skills
- Experience delivering projects from concept to completion
- Confident presenting to clients and managing stakeholder relationships
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, design & construct environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
