It's phone-based and genuinely consultative — a mix of outbound calls and inbound leads from tradies already looking for a platform like ours. Tradies are sceptical, time-poor, and pitched constantly — which means you'll need to earn the conversation, not just read from a script. If you're good at this, you'll know it fast. Your commission will tell you.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

- Make outbound calls to tradespeople and qualify genuine business opportunities
- Run the full sales cycle — from first contact to closed deal
- Build real relationships with clients and follow through after the sale
- Hit weekly KPIs and compete (healthily) with a team that pushes you
- Feed back what you hear in the field to help us improve the product

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR





- At least 1 year in sales or customer service — or exceptional attitude that makes up for it
- Comfortable on the phone, confident in your pitch, and resilient when it doesn't land
- Self-motivated — you understand that what you earn is directly tied to what you do
- A team player who doesn't need hand-holding but knows when to ask for help
- Valid Australian work rights
