Respect Group Limited is seeking a Clinical Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join Glenella Care on a full-time basis. You will support protected, high-quality, person-centred care with a focus on governance, quality systems and resident outcomes.
You will work closely with the General Manager and Care Manager to support audit readiness, clinical documentation, staff guidance and continuous improvement across the service, ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication.
