About the Role

Make a meaningful difference as a Senior Social Worker, leading expert care and shaping better outcomes for people with complex mental health needs within community.

- Lead clinical Social Work practice and care planning
- Deliver complex assessments and evidence-based interventions
- Guide teams, supervise staff and support clinical excellence
- Build strong partnerships with consumers, carers and services
- Drive service improvement, education, research and innovation

About You

To be successful in this role as a senior social worker you will:

- Hold a degree eligible for AASW membership
- Bring sound mental health Social Work clinical experience
- Lead care,



supervision and multidisciplinary practice demonstrating strong social work values
- Maintain a clear social work identity and an ability to advocate for the consumer voice
- Apply advanced assessment and therapeutic skills as a social worker
- Communicate well and use sound professional judgement within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Awareness of community mental health with a recovery mindset supporting excellent consumer outcomes
