Healius is seeking a Facilitator within the Talent & Capability team to design and deliver training for pathology collectors and coaches across Australia. You will translate pathology expertise into consistent, secure, customer‑focused learning experiences and mentor coaches to uphold high standards.
You will travel across sites, contribute to curriculum evolution, and ensure training aligns with regulatory requirements, SOPs and quality controls.
