Key Responsibilities:
Health & Safety
- Maintain health and safety policies, procedures, and systems.
- Maintain compliance through our internal systems, directly managing inductions, and incident investigations
- Fulfill the role of Safety Officer for any projects that Netco is involved with.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness (e.g. fire drills, high-risk rescue plans)
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Facilitate training programs and toolbox talks to promote safety awareness among employees.
Quality Assurance
- Monitor quality control processes across all facets of the business operations.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance and updating of our ISO system including Audit preparation.
·Fulfill the role of Quality Officer for any projects that Netco is involved with.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001
- Collaborate with all departments in the business to identify and address quality issues.
- Assist in managing non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Maintain documentation for inspection, testing,
and calibration procedures.
Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure regulatory compliance with local, national, and international standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, API, etc.).
- Maintain documentation, records, and reports to meet audit requirements.
- Support certification and accreditation processes for the company.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure procedures are updated accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, ideally within a project style business or a mechanical/industrial manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of relevant health, safety, and quality regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive a safety-first culture.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office, workshop and site environments.
- Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
