EVT - Entertainment | Ventures | Travel is seeking an experienced F&B; Operations Manager for Flagstaff Gardens, Melbourne. You’ll lead the reimagining of the hotel’s restaurant into a contemporary Australian bistro, building the concept, expanding the beverage and C&E; offering, and driving activations and promotions.

You’ll be on the floor, directing the team, solving problems in real time, and setting high service standards as the venue reopens in a refreshed space.
