- Available on a Part time basis (minimum 2 days per week)
- Working days are negotiable
- Highly autonomous and flexible role with support from experienced Leaders
- Assessments only, no case management

Our Sydney team is growing andwe are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join on apart-time basis.

You will be an integral part of the close-knit team of Kairros Consultants who work with and support people who have sustained a psychological or physical injury in the workplace.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Undertaking Occupational Therapy assessments including activities of daily living, worksite, functional andergonomic assessments.
- Designing and implementing intervention programs using occupation to improve functional performance, independence and work capacity




- Identifying barriers and designing, implementing and monitoringprograms that support people to achieve maximal work participation
- Understanding a variety of health care and rehabilitation funding schemes and empowering your clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
- Liaisingwith clients, family members, insurers, medical practitioners, employersand stakeholders to achieve outcomes

What you canbring to the role

- Qualifications & registration in Occupational Therapy
- Willingness to learn and impact positively on people’s lives in tangible ways
- An ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
- A commitment to a high level of customer service to your clients and customers
