Essence Communities, part of UniLodge Living Group, seeks a Resident Experience Lead for a waterfront Wentworth Point community. You will support day-to-day property management, oversee move-in/out processes, and enhance resident experiences across 211 apartments and townhouses.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will plan and execute community events, manage resident inquiries, and contribute to KPI targets while ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation.
