InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort in Queensland is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor – Banquets (Full Time) to lead service teams across conferences, weddings and large-scale events, ensuring luxury standards and seamless delivery.
Reporting to the Director of Banquet Operations, you will oversee day-to-day operations in our Banquets and Events spaces, coordinate rostering, collaborate with kitchen and events teams, and support training to elevate guest experiences.
