Mackay Base Hospital’s Medical Education Unit seeks a Senior Medical Officer Education on a temporary part-time basis. The role leads educational programs, mentors junior doctors, and collaborates with James Cook University to support prevocational medical practitioners and international graduates.

This position focuses on developing annual education plans, PGY1/PGY2 orientation, and clinical supervision, while promoting a culture of teamwork and qualified growth within the Mackay Health
