We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our high performing Service Team in Gold Coast, QLD.

n

No two days are the same as you manage the equipment installation of KONE's elevator products, across low-rise housing through to the world's tallest skyscrapers.

n

Responsibilities

n

n
- Carry out scheduled maintenance and servicing on Elevators and Escalators.
n
- Attend to breakdowns.
n
- Carry out all activities in accordance with KONE policies and procedures including health, quality and safety standards
n
- Working to actively maintain customer relationships
n

n

Requirements

n

n
- Lift industry experience preferred but not essential
n
- Electrical license required
n
- ACMA Cabling Registration is advantageous
n
- Experience managing critical breakdowns and key stakeholder's expectations
n
- Commitment to working safely with a strong focus on quality
n
- A customer service mindset
n
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
n
