BW Offshore is seeking a People & Culture Manager to join our Darwin team. You will report to the Senior Manager – People & Culture and partner with offshore/onshore leaders to deliver effective people solutions across the employee lifecycle.
You will lead the local P&C; team, manage complex ER/IR matters, ensure compliance with Australian employment law, and drive recruitment, mobility, and remuneration processes in a compliant and high-performing manner.
