Varsity, founded in 2013, began as a student bar and has grown into a multi-venue entertainment hub with 9 venues in Perth. This role will commence training in our Perth venues with relocation to Melbourne required before the November opening.
As Venue Manager you’ll lead from the front, coaching your team, own the venue budget (P&L;, labour, COGs) and drive performance. You’ll be the brand ambassador, shape the guest experience, and help grow Varsity as we launch in Victoria.
